Purple Press is an AI-assisted writing and publishing platform that lets a parent in custody create a fully illustrated, personalised storybook for their child. Stories can feature a character that looks and feels like the child, draw on familiar locations and themes from the child's life and be written at a reading age appropriate to the child. The parent can then securely record themselves reading each page aloud, creating a genuine book read by mum or dad. The finished book and audio are delivered securely to the child's carer outside the custodial environment. Safeguarding, moderation and compliance controls are applied throughout, with completed stories shared only with approved recipients in line with organisational policy.
