Resident property is one of the most persistent sources of friction in a secure establishment. Paper-based records are easy to lose, hard to reconcile and difficult to defend. Every misplaced item risks a complaint, a compensation claim and hours of staff time spent working out what a resident actually owns.
Purple Possessions replaces those paper processes with a secure database of every item that belongs to a resident, with front end applications for access and requests. Requests are tracked and managed throughout, volumetric controls help staff manage what each resident holds and API integration connects the system to the platforms your establishment already runs.
The system also works with our RoomSearch application, enabling staff to conduct area and room searches efficiently and proactively. As a cloud-based digital alternative to physical processes it reduces administrative burden for staff. It is delivered by an ISO 27001 certified and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited supplier.
